In 2025, Duckie and The Posh Club agreed to use an Equity Variety Agreement and Dignity at Work Policy

We are pleased to recognise Equity, the performers’ trade union, in one of the first Variety/gig worker agreements of its kind

Duckie and The Posh Club will meet with Equity periodically to monitor and ensure the best application of the policies

Performers will have the opportunities to meet with a representative from Equity and privately discuss union and workplace matters

We strongly encourage performers to seek and maintain a union membership with Equity
